This includes handling and shipping charges by UPS Ground back to your
US or Canadian destination.
(2) Please send the unit in the original or equivalent packaging, with a
copy of original invoice from your dealer showing items purchased and
date of purchase (this is necessary for warranty repairs only).
Please include the connecting cables and/or power supplies (as the fault may be
with them).
Please write the RMA number on the box label and also on the
invoice copy inside the box.
(3) Please send the package by any means which will give you a proof of
posting. As we cannot accept liability while your unit is in transit from
you to us, we suggest that you insure the package.

The repaired or replaced unit will be sent to you via UPS Ground. If
you require expedited service, you may wish to arrange this (at extra
cost) at the time when you are obtaining your RMA number.
Please note that eligibility for warranty replacement or after-warranty fixed payment repair is solely at
our service center's discretion. For example, products which are obviously severely physically damaged cannot be eligible for
warranty service.
Long discontinued products whose model numbers are not listed in the fixed cost schedule may still be serviceable; however, the cost
of the repair needs to be assessed by the factory, case by case. Please contact Grove for details.
