Are you experiencing a problem with your WiNRADiO product? If so, please accept our apologies. Such problems are rare, but they do happen unfortunately. Please check the support page first to see if the problem can be resolved without returning the unit. If not, please peruse the following information to obtain service.

Grove Enterprises

If you are based in the United States or Canada, please note that the authorized WiNRADiO service center is Grove Enterprises, one of the most respected radio equipment suppliers in North America.

Note: Grove Enterprises are not able to provide service for owners of frequency-unrestricted units imported to the US illegally. To obtain service for such units, please contact your original overseas dealer.

To obtain warranty or after-warranty service in the United States or Canada, please follow this procedure:

(1) Please email ccordell@grove-ent.com or call (800) 438-8155 or (828) 837-9200 to obtain an RMA Number for return of your unit. Products covered by warranty are repaired and returned free of charge.

For products after warranty, a fixed payment depending on model number applies:

This includes handling and shipping charges by UPS Ground back to your US or Canadian destination.

(2) Please send the unit in the original or equivalent packaging, with a copy of original invoice from your dealer showing items purchased and date of purchase (this is necessary for warranty repairs only).

Please include the connecting cables and/or power supplies (as the fault may be with them).

Please write the RMA number on the box label and also on the invoice copy inside the box.

(3) Please send the package by any means which will give you a proof of posting. As we cannot accept liability while your unit is in transit from you to us, we suggest that you insure the package.

The repaired or replaced unit will be sent to you via UPS Ground. If you require expedited service, you may wish to arrange this (at extra cost) at the time when you are obtaining your RMA number.

Please note that eligibility for warranty replacement or after-warranty fixed payment repair is solely at our service center's discretion. For example, products which are obviously severely physically damaged cannot be eligible for warranty service.

Long discontinued products whose model numbers are not listed in the fixed cost schedule may still be serviceable; however, the cost of the repair needs to be assessed by the factory, case by case. Please contact Grove for details.
